Payment Process

  • If the authorization is successful, your card will be charged, serving as a deposit for the product(s) you’ve purchased.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which also confirms full payment.

Since each product is custom-made to your specifications, production begins only after we receive payment confirmation.

How to Complete Your Purchase

Simply click “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” on our website. You’ll be redirected to a secure payment gateway to enter your card details or complete the transaction via PayPal. All payments are processed securely, and transactions will appear on your statement as a PayPal transaction.

Refunds & Security

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (either PayPal or your credit/debit card).
  • Your payment information is never stored on bdaygo.com servers, and we do not share your details with third parties.
